I just started a community site, anf it has all the features those sites have like blogs, groups, videos, etc. But I want it to have the feature that http://www.yuwie.com has about paying members for every thousand page impression.

Please ask as many questions as needed.

Members need to be able to see their earnings or account balances, also they should be able to withdraw their earnings using payment processor. Right now on the site I have paypal. Also it needs to have the feature of a paid to sign-up, paid to click section.
