This bid, like you asked, is for one homepage and a subpage from a psd. I'm an experienced web/graphic designer and have coded (though not necessarily designed) numerous sites including nohassletechnology.com/agoodgrade, theamericanposter.com/alma, and nohassletechnology.com/kinga, just to name a few. I pride myself on building sites which are standards-compliant (view the source code of the above links to see). All my sites are tableless and designed without extra markup (as per your requirement). My code focuses in particular on providing a solid foundation for search engine optimization, which is really important to any business (again, per your requirement). Also, I am happy to comment the CSS to make future work easier for you. I will be online at least two hours a day during the U.S. work day and will be reachable via IM. I can't post my IM information now (it's against the Terms of Service), but will happily provide it to you upon being awarded the project. As far as optimization is concerned, by which I presume you mean image optimization for download speeds, I haven't been asked to do this in the past, but it is something I know a lot about and would be happy to do as well.
