Description

A Dephi animation player component needed. Specs:

-Component have to play back MNG files with 8bit alpha transparency

-Alpha transparency need to function properly against not only the playback window's background but against the underlaying windows, too. The animation will take place on the desktop, on the top of custom background image, open windows, folders, etc.

-Since MNG is not a strict definition standard, Component have to play back JASC Animation Shop's MNG files

-Playback have to be smooth, timed by 1/100 seconds
