Firstly, Thank you for taking the time to look at this job.

We are asking for programers to donate their time and knowledge to help us develop and run a website to help aid the people in MYANMAR and in CHINA.

Our organisation is our-world-online.com, we are a newly developing site and are self funded.

We believe that these people need as much assistance as possible and what we propose is a website to aid people in assisting them to find the resources they need and to also help the organisations that are in place helping them.

We are a support network..........

The sites that we need to get up are mostly php with some added code for funtionality....refreals search multi language etc and will be held on secure servers with certification where necessary, they will need to be multi language sites.

these are urgent jobs and we are willing to fund the right programer..however we are in need of donations and help. As the programers that we have had have not performed and have wasted a large portion of our funding thus far.

There will be the need to provide a contract of what the intented programing will require and time frame.
They will need to be reliable and able to communicate freely and work un supervised on the tasks provided.... this person or people will need to be able to think for them selves and be able to ad value to what we wish to achive by in-putting there own knowledge to aid the functionality and growth of what we are doing .

Once these sites are completed there wil be ongoing work with several other sites that are underway.

Our other needs are programers and every day people who can give a helping hand to develop and maintain several community sites that include open source sofware and developers site, work help sites and teaching aids not only to programers but also in many other areas of the community, up and coming programers, schools community groups etc . Running live support chat areas and so on .

These sites will be multi launguage and will available to everyone.

They are mostly php with some added modules and thoses sites needed will be held on a secure server with certificates.

a cross section of services /information sites and help centres are the targeted needs at this point.
