Dear Developers,

I am looking for a developer who can create similar video flash player such as Adotube, which has built in video and banner advertising capabilities. Another function which I would like this flash video player to have is the option for users to be able to switch between video mode and live webcam streaming mode, via a small button to the right of the player window. Basically, I want the player to also have an upload function (which will allow users to upload videos to my server) as well as an administration panel where I can control which advertisements play and I can remove videos.

So basically the player should have:

1) Video Upload function with file size limit
2) Ability to load advertisement before video load as well as banners (advertisments set via an admin panel)
3) Allow user to switch to live webcam mode (via a button to the right of the player window)
4) Your basic functions, Play, Pause, forward/backwards, volume, full screen etc.
5) Progress bar which shows upload progress.

It was suggested to me that http://osflash.org/red5 is a good option for this.

Essentially I am going to implement this video script into my webpage which is coded in asp.net 2.0 . It would be good if you had msn so we can stay in contact easily.
