Description:	We need a system built to send sms and email to user groups. The site will have the following processes Signup / Create Account: Contact Name Hotel Name Billing Address Town Postcode/zip Country dropdown Purchase SMS Credits: Once the hotel creates a user account they will be able to top up their account with SMS credits. The purchase credits will be a simple form with the following fields How many credits would you like <textbox> The credits will be based on the following pricing table set in admin 1-1000 credits = 9p each 1000-5000 = 8p each 5000-20000 = 7peach Hotel account functions: Add guest – enter guest name, room number, mobile number, email address, checkin date, checkout date Search guests: Setup promotional messages – send to many, send to selected or send to individual Send SMS – the hotel account can send a promotional SMS to either 1 guest or all guests – based on checkin and checkout date. Send email - the hotel account can send a promotional email to either 1 guest or all guests – this can be sent after the guest has left Super admin functions: Add Edit accounts View transactions history Credit SMS to an account the appliaction should be set up for paypal initially and then protx.com once our account is ready. We will either use a sms gateway such as clickatel or if you have a solution that is better e.g. that does not pay for sms then let us know. I need this produced in 5 days.
