Description:	Simple mail list script needed URGENT 7 days There are so many scripts out there but we just want the following simple one .. it not for bulk mail , its not for sales its for a support and marketing with lists under 300 at a time. We Do expect you to use another script and customize it to our needs and are not payiong you to develop a new script just mod to our needs You are required to scan and read our POP 3 server where this will be located ,so you do not need to write your own Mail server apps either You just need to read mail on the same server location , manage and post to the lists There is as usual admin procedures and forms to manage see below all these need to be kept under 600 wide so they will fit in the end product . The PHP / MY SQL5 PHP app shall support 1) Multiple lists As it sound independent , list that are 100% separate and managed separately as we have multiple products to support. on the one server These list are created only by system administrator you will need to provide this Admin interface , it is here the SYS administrator creates the list and appoints the managers , and can access every available list to manage as well 2) Each list is managed by List manager ( remember one or more can be appointed ) An interface must be created ( with password ) so that Management can add to the list , via an on line form. Name Username Mail address Attachments allowed Y/N etc ( more to be defined on PM dont want to discuss here ) but its simple 3) Management can remove one or in bulk ( tic box needed beside each entry ) 4)Any new member will be mailed a introduction ( text file the management can edit ) users must reply , to be accepted ( automatically ) and a mail sent back to them saying accepted saying you are accepted and to all users in the list a confirmation procedure . What is in this mail message will be discussed in the PM or via skype not here . 5) It must support single or bulk uploading of new list members by a CSV file mail to the mail server . but only from the lists manager or system admin Now - USER - SIDE 6) Any person that mails to the Mail list name at the server eg ... LISTX @ Maillistserver.com is read by the PHP application POPED and distributed to every on else in that list with a heading at the top of the mail message , not header < Chat about this in PM or skype for clarity but includes Mail - From user name date and time .. 7) Any person can remove them selves , by emailing in "REMOVE ME" in the header and it will respond to this and send a message to the List manager as well 8) Any one can apply to join the list by mail , by emailing , "JOIN" in capitals in the header but - this will then go to the list manager , it will not automatically join them to the list 9) as per 8 , but an option set in the admin sections , so that it will automatically join them but it must still go thought (4) process As you can see - its simple but specific needs, NOTES Please ask questions in th PM if you do not understand any thing. Payment will be be by Pay Pal or GAF only You must have a Skype account , and be willing to communicate regular illy or do not bother applying. Min 3 times a week Payment will be on 100% completion only, in two stages a) 40% - Demonstrated on a site of your choosing .. ( 5 days ) b) 60% - installed on a PHP server of our choice ..
