Description

My name is Ben and I am not a company or a business but someone going into business. Hence my budget is not as high as some businesses but am willing to work with the right person at the right price.

I need an application that allows multiple users at once to add jobs to the job queue. Each user must be allowed to create a new job, modify a job, delete a job, change the queue status for the jobs that they have logged.

The MySQL database will be hosted on a computer so other staff members from NZ and Australia must be able to log in and get access to the system.

You will need to allow me the admin user to create employee accounts so that staff members can use the system. Once the employee account is setup and they have logged in they will take calls from the customer.

The customer calls up to log a job, now depending on what type of service the customer calls up for, different options will become available.

You must allow admin to create new services and provide different options (editboxes) for each service.

Each job that gets added in the queue will have a duration as to when it will be completed. So each job must have its duration status as well as job status.

You must also allow admin to create other admin accounts with the same privileges or different privileges.

You must also allow the admin user to create customer accounts.
Required fields will be:
FIrst Name and Last Name, Address, Contact number, Mobile no, Credit card type, credit card number and expiry date.
