Description: BELOW are current issues we have with an ASP drive website. It is functional right now, but needs the following attention:

The website is hosted at discountasp.net

1 Description The quantity for each line item needs to have a description to the number. If there are 10 stock lengths we need to show that. The different tags for the quantity should be "stock lengths", "feet", & "pieces". There may be a couple more that pop up as we go along but this will get us going.
2
Description The price column needs to clearly identify that the price is per "stock length" "foot" or "piece". So I think we just need to change the heading to say something like "Price Each". Also we need to put on the page where people would enter the prices that the price is per each item - maybe even put a note that says "Ex - If you are selling 10 stock lengths enter the price for 1 of them"

3
Description When you click "buy it now" the item goes to your "My Glaziers" page as an ordered item. Obviously we need to have something set up when you click on "buy it now" you are given the seller's name, phone number, and email address if they have one.
4
Description The page that you go to when you click on "Search Manufacturers" is blank. I think it just needs to be something similar to the home page which allows you to search through the ads.

5
Description The "About Us", "Contact Us", "Community", and "Help" pages are all blank. We need to get something on each of those pages.

6 Date April 9, 2008
Description The area on the front page that says "In the news" needs to be changed to an area where people can post an ad for "Wanted Items".

7 Date April 9, 2008
Description "Tell a friend", "Articles", "Blog", "Affiliates", and "Log In" at the bottom of the page all do not have a page linked to them. We should just remove these if we aren't going to have them active.

8
Description On the "My Glaziers" page there is a section with the heading of "Customers". We should probably just get rid of that whole section. Keep the "Current Ads" & "Orders Placed" sections in place though - those are good.

9
Description When entering an order that has a "custom" anodized or painted finish the poster should be able to enter a description of the color - say a max of 50 characters.
10
Description "Forgot Your Password?" and "Help" under the "member log-in" area do not have any pages linked to them. I think these would be useful items so getting them hooked up would be good.
11
Description Just kind of a random item in the fact that we need to develop ad locations on the site. I'm not sure how that goes.
12
Description I'm not sure if we're ready to go this far yet, but if we want to get the full site going we can have different 'areas' or pages for "Hardware", "Equipment", "Doors & Frames", "Employment Information", "Classified Ads", and "Services"
