BUDGET:
First off, disregard my budget! I would like to see all bids whether they are higher or lower than my budget. I would however award the job to the most qualified who is offering the best bid!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Just as seen on many sites such as this one http://onholdinc.com/ , I would like to learn how to do this and what it takes to start up a business offering this service.

First, I would like a nice one done for my companies website at www.OceanproAquatics.com and I can provide the talent. I just need to be taught how to go about this and may need you to help convert to flash or other just like in the example above and also how to overlay it onto individual web pages.

Second, I want to be walked through in detail describing processes, training and what equipment is needed to start a small business of offering this service to other site owners as well.

If you are experienced with this and know how to do this professionally and able to provide full assistance, anything I can’t handle myself and training as described above, I’d be interested in speaking to you further about paying you for this service.
