You can do this with Joomla or WP, design is the issue here, with WP you need to configure backend to support forum config.

I need a MYBB forum installation in Joomla with a bridge and other pugins and extensions you might find appealing to form a red/black design with white to balance off colorization. So its a psd sliced to mybb forum on joomla with bridge and if youre good are graphics you can make a nice looking forum and will hire you to sys admin/poster recruiting (regular rates). Topic is domain names. Joomla has admin backend with wysiwyg and front page has the default menus with a nice slide down effect and solid login with undecipherable captcha. back end will allow for ease of adding the simple things that forums needs. header, footer included.
