Description

IP- traffic generation for a selectable network connection of two routers.
It must be done on ipv4 and ipv6 and it must have an option to choice the protocol TCP/UDP.it must have the option to choice the size of the packets.
I want a simple program without any windows interface.
very important: the code must be very easy to understand with a lot of comments.
