Description

I am looking for a developer who can build up small database to interact with outlook Microsoft by sending excel or Microsoft word templates to other users who is listed in the address book, the database can be hosted in PC of the database administrator, or in the server and the administrator can access it from his PC.
The data base sends email template such as survey form, or news letter for informational propose and receive feed back if required.

The send email should open auto mode at receiver station or comes as popup optional by the administrator choice.

The data base will handle issues such as the following,
Example Campaign for safety issue.
Administrator send email to other asking them to share safety issues and habits regarding safety, the received input information get listed in the database then the administrator sends the item to others to evaluate it from 1 to 10.

At the end of the companies a winner who gets the highest rate by number of information shared and by the rating from other users.

The database handles 10 fields only and can generate deferent reports on the 10 fields only
Reports such as
Report to consolidate the input of those fields to be listed on sequence if those field are text, or adding the fields if they are numbers format.

The source of the software should be provided in a way easy to customize for other campaign or other users to use it for other interest.

The template should be easy durable format, securty issu releated to software such as only used by one user adminstratore of the database, and feature will not allow copyes to be used with deferent machine it mean if the software installed in one machine the software will pick up the IP address of the machine and only run on that machine, thanks.
