Description

We are looking to replicate our current site as a flash based site but also we would like to add functionality to our design tool, you can look at our current site on smegshirt(dot)com , to get an idea of the current site functionality it is built in Flex, Coldfusion, MS SQL.
Please refer to the site bluecotton(dot)com, as we want something along these lines.

All code must be written in english, and firm guidelines and pricing are required and we will want references from similar sites, so if you can't show expertise then don't quote.
