Description

I want a very unique and special Pay To Click site,
with more than one language.
Language must be include:
1) English
2) Chinese
3) Malay
Note : You can hire someone to be your translator.

NO free or any script that same with other PTC site.
You must write the whole PTC site on your own or with your team.
Unique and attractice design is a must.
You must also have an easy access admin panel like AuroraScript.

Page to have :
View Ads, PTSU, Offer page, Member page, admin page, referrals purchase and ads purchase page that connect to PayPal, AlertPay and LibertyReserve.

Special Feature :
Different language but connect to same server.
Which mean,
user can login to their same account with same info with any language they choose, and the language can change easily by a click on navigation bar.

3 banners of (468*60 pixels), one large logo on top of each page and one logo of (88831 pixels) must be included.
