I need a php expert who can handle drupal ,joomla and carts and also custom made php programs..i need a guy who will work with me on regular basis ..every week I shall have 2-3 projects of various financial size

I appreciate all your interest. Need to move fast as my php guy has problems and cant work atm.

Sorry, I forgot to specify two very important things

1) I am looking for a single guy NOT a company. I dont want to interact with 10 people just one nice polite and eager to work guy/girl.

2) Absolutely not interested in hourly rates. I will only on project basis. How fast you finish the project will depend on you and my requirment.
