Hello,

We want to develop a small billing system sufficiently open for future puposes and adds-on and eventually to interact easily with an extranet website or an external accounting system to peak up the invoices.

Main description : The sector is telecoms. based on a cdr file (call duration per destination) and a price list per destination (prices based on destination and on peak/off peak/week end/bank holiday) and eventual other paramters that we can configure without any programming. We calculate the bill and produce it in pdf format or other possible formats.
with others possibilities :
- configure the system separately based on different input parameters.
- manage all other events like cdr (volume, time, item)

please advise for solutions and program tools, Db's (preference to access but propose other ) ?
if you have any template or dummy GUI for that please let us known.
