Description

The current system assigns each contact to a community, and there is also a "how did you hear about us" (lead_source) field that populates a dropdown.

Lead source options could be:

1) Newspaper
2) TV
3) Radio

The modification is to have a separate list of lead sources PER COMMUNITY. This will require database modification, PHP code changes, and javascript to automatically reload the list when a different community is selected on the registration form.
