I am hoping you can help me as I have no where to turn.

It has to do with simple stuff like Google Express implementations and in regards to shipping prices displaying properly and working. In fact the whole shipping program and all merchant services I really need some to go over them and fix them.

I run three Zen Carts and could really use your help.

Yes RV Protection process works exactly how we want. RV Fun works, however in Google Checkout it displays different figures (however we decided it would be ok for now) Vessel Protection gives quotes, but no figures except free carry over to Google. The new Cycle does the same thing. So we need Cycle and Vessel version 1.3.8 to be working like RV Protection or RV Fun

For the support ticket - are we wanting to ask them about how (and why ours isn't) the shipping prices transfer over to Google Checkout? I understand fully what we want to do, but not totally what we want to ask Google and what we want to get from them
