Description

I am looking for someone to create a real estate search, I assume it would be in XML, this search program would be burned to a cd and the results that would be displayed would include a LINK to web address.
For example a person places my cd in thier PC, the cd needs to "auto start" to a main menu, which includes a choice called SEARCH THE LISTINGS
they click this, it brings up the SEARCH TOOL
SELECT AREA(from a drop down of towns)
SELECT Bedrooms
SELECT LOW $ AND HIGH $
maybe a few other critiera
and submit
The results are queried from info stored on the cd and displayed
they user can click on the link and that takes them to the Virtual TOUR that is nothing more than a web site, this should open in a pop up window.
Looking for someone to help with this as inexpensive as possible, as it will turn into a long term project.

There also Must BE an administration tool for me to upload the real estate listings to
again, this is not a web based service the SEARCH is done on a CD so all of the data
needs to be on the cd however as I have explained the details on each listing will be accessed via a link to the listings web site.
