Description

We are in need of software testing of a new web application for processing orders in a vertical market. The system comes in three parts (separate web sites that collaborate) that need to be tested for speed and stability and conformance to specifications. Service providers will be expected to provide clear testing plans and test scripts as well as clear bug reports for our development team to respond to.
The system consists of three JSP web applications running on tomcat using Postgres databases, these systems send messages between each other to process customer orders and arrange payments etc. The system also allows suppliers to manage their products and pricing to the market in a multi-vendor environment.

Hello, I hope you are doing good. We are a QA outsourcing company with more than 40,000 Manhrs of work experiecne. I would like to have some questions for you though. 1- Do you have already established procedure of bug reporting or you would like us to share with you our system? 2- Any idea about the number of resources required by you for the project? 3- Can you provide us a link to the application so we can understand the domain , nature of application etc and hence give you proper time estimation. Refarding costing , we charge a flat fee of $12/Manhr. Since i have no information to make it a lumpsum estimate along with time line this is what i will propose. To give you a better understanding of our services, -we do have a team of developers with us as well whose sole purpose is to help the QA people out in situations where development knowledge is required e.g. Code Reviews etc. - We have people who are trained in automation tools like QTP , Loadrunner, Selenium, JMeter , Test Complete etc. I would like to hear from you and i look forward to have a positive and fruitful email exchange which help us become long term partners.
