Hi everyone,

My project is kind of simple, but I don’t have the skills to do it myself, so I would like someone that could do it for me at a reasonable price.

I have a PDF form, with 23 pages that I have to fill manually (today I’m filling by hand) for every customer that I get, and is a boring, time-consuming and prone to errors process. These 23 pages have a lot of fields that are repeated information across the documents, like customer name, property address, loan number, Print Seller Name and some other fields like this one.

I have also other repeated data that would be based on the current user filling the form (I would like an user authenticated session), like Prepared by: Current_user, Contact phone: Current_user_phone, Fax: Current_user_fax.

My goal is that someone could build a very nice and smart sort of web-app where I would only have to enter data once each new form instance (I want to be able to edit as well), and then the data would be inserted correctly on the form, which should be saved / exported in a PDF format, and I should also be able to print this form, and save in an internet server or database.
Some requirements:
1-) User authenticated sessions (user + password), up to 10 users
2-) Internet accessible
3-) Database (*SQL (mySQL,PostgresSQL) savable or file salvable
4-) Final result form PDF exportable and Printable
5-) Some kind of design on the data entry screen (EVERYBODY HATES TO FILL FORMS, SO COULD YOU PLEASE MAKE IT MORE USER FRIENDLY =) )
6-) PHP, Ruby on Rails, Python, ASP or .Net, other languages would be time consuming to build and maintain
7-) A programmer that can update / increase some functionalities of the system as necessary
8-) Commented source code
9-) Fro 4 to 14 days deadline.
