Description

I need an application similar to the Wallpaper.app from an iPhone (the application sends wallpaper from the iPhones to server, so every iPhone user can watch other people wallpapers - Im sure if you own an iPhone you know what Im talking about).
I want the application to send photo picked by user instead of a wallpaper, however the appplication I need is going to be a little bit more advanced (for instance I want users to be able to rate pictures...)
