Description

Design and implement a website that will enable customers to select music and pre-recorded messages, mix them together and create a greeting. This greeting will be sent to a reciepiant mobile (cellular) VDesign and implement a website that will enable customers to select music and pre-recorded messages, mix them together and create a greeting. This greeting will be sent to a recipient mobile (cellular) Voice Mail.

The site should support:
1. creation and maintenance of user accounts
2. Selection of pre-recorded music segments
3. Selection of pre-recorded voice messages
4. Ability to record own message
5. Ability to mix the music and voice into one message
6. Ability to receive payments (credit/debit/paypal/direct charge via phone bill)
7. Ability to interact with 3rd party APIs to send voice mail messages (see example: http://www.orangepartner.com/site/enuk/develop/devplayzone/contacteveryoneapi/p_contact_everyone_api.jsp#2)
8. Admin access to maintain and update the website's content.
