Description

I am looking for someone to create a simple flash top and side banner. All we need is a white background with logos and a little text. The logo must be animated and fade in, and the company name should 'come in/arrive' from the left side. After the logo and text is in place, I need a tag line to appear underneath the company name. The entire banner must work as a hyper link.

We already have logos, fonts and colors in place, so we will not require any graphic design.
