Description: I need a banner ad created to match a hang tag - basically the tag is in a business card format created in MS Publisher. The file is provided for your review.

The banner ad must be 760 pixels wide and 100 pixels high. The color scheme must match the hang tag. The graphics need to come as close to the hang tag without looking too streched out.

Format must be either JPG or GIF.
