Description

This project is for a banner/header size 950x135, background color white.

I want a funny cartoon character design along with lettering (the site name)

I am flexible with the height of the banner if it helps the cartoon look better.

The character should look funny and have mullet haircut and some other features.

This is for a site with funny videos etc.
