Description: I have 4 banners with backgrounds on them and I need 2 text sentences added to them to rotate each one every 2 seconds. I have the banners, just need the text added and animated by flashing each sentence at a time, it's simple enough, just strapped for time, need them done this morning asap. Very small project, would like to pay around $30 to $35.
