I need a competent graphics artist to create an animated banner. Please find attached a mockup of how the banner should look.

You will be supplied with:
- Full size photos
- Attached mockup in PSD format

Delivery should be either in GIF or Flash, your choice.
Banner size is 570 x 85 px.

In your bid please provide a sample of your animated banners.
