Description

I apologize for canceling my last project but it changed too many times and successfully confused just about everyone, even me.

So I am reposting parts of it. I have a blog that uses iThemes Flexx template.

What I want is:

1. design and create a custom header for a Wordpress blog (please don't apply unless you have graphics experience and a portfolio or website to show me your work).

2. Plugin and widget help and support (recommend good ones, customize some that I've chosen).

I would like a quote for the custom header and a plugin/widget quote either per plugin/widget or hourly rate or however you have priced it in the past.

This project will definitely lead to other work but for right now, I'd like to start here. Again, I apologize for being confusing on my last posted project.
