Description: I'm working with a client that needs to have a very simple and basic template created with a bottom border image. The image is the standard YELLOW and BLACK 'hazard' tape design. The Publisher document is two-sided.

This should be a quick and easy job. I'm thinking bids should be around $13-$15. Please see the attached pictures for reference. I need this within the next 48 hours.

I've also attached the blank template in Microsoft Publisher 2003 format. The border image will be on the bottom of both sides of the template.

I forgot to mention the Publisher template is the standard "3 fold" brochure style.
