Description: We need helping in putting together a website for our company. This will be a rental website for a medical equipment product. We would like on-line checkout of these two items. There will only be two products on this website. We are looking for this to be done quickly, efficiently and professionally.

We will also need search engine optimization to make sure that the site shows up high on the major US search engines for 4-5 key words. Do not bid unless you can do both web design and search engine optimization.

Here are the details of what we need:

1. Logo Design

2. Website Design: as I mentioned the website will only have two products. I anticipate the following pages: (a) Home Page, (b) a Product page (with specific product details of both products), (c) a FAQ page, (d) a page which describes the Rental Process and (e) an About US/Contact Page. In addition, we would like on-line checkout for our two rental items. The online check-out process will need to display a rental agreement that the customer will agree to. In addition, the customer will have to initial a few key provisions of the rental agreement. The individuals will have to be able to check out for different rental terms (i.e., someone could rent it for a month, another customer for 2 months). In addition, the site will have to store when the individual wants the rental item shipped to them. Some customers might want to make a reservation and pre-pay and have the item shipped to them a week or a month later. Also, we would not administration of the orders.

3. Search Engine Optimization: we will need to be submitted to the major US search engine (4-5) and the site will need to be optimized in these search engines for 5-6 key words. If you want to bid on this project, I want you to provide some specific details as to what steps you will take to optimize the site for search engine rankings (i.e., link generation, metatags, keywords).


4. We also will need some rudimentary website statistics that tell us the number of visitors, page views etc.
