Description:	I need a VERY Good logo designed now. It should be "Enlongated Oval Shaped" placed on the left Near top on the Articles and Semi-tilted up from low left to upward right on this JPG file that I have attached here. The size should be approx 2 or more inches wide. Background on logo should be a $100 bill. Text Font should be in a Bling type of sparkling shiny Gold AND should Say: Presented by... INSTANT Daily Pay! Border of oval should be double-line and color should be appropriate but stand out. My budget is $60 or less. But I still need this to be SUPERB.
