Hello,

We need banner professional.
Let met introduce the just some of idea of a banner :

We have real estate market crash - real estate bubble burst.
And real estate prices are falling.
Real estate theory says, that in such situation, the best way is to try to rise value of real estate.
The best way to do it, is to make some detail planing works, or to get permission to build or to make some construction works.
Our company provides detail planing and projection works. So the banner should be with idea "Don't let your real estate price to fall. Add value". The text will be in Lithuanian language.
