Description

Hello,
I'd like a webpage from which the visitor can record himself from the microphone and when it's done the recorded file will be upload to a webplace.

Features :
field form with name
Record audio from microphone (wav and mp3 is ok Please mention if you want to use other soundfile type)
Stop the recording
Listen to the recorded file.
upload the file to a directory on my server ./sounds/ for example or ftp.
The filename should be unique (formfield+date for example)

telling the upload has been correctly done.
Reload/redirect the applet/script page when finished.

Browsers compatibility is important sample demo would be nice.
And instructions should be given to me to install the thing by myself.
