Good evening, I am writing regarding your posting for a Voice Over Artist. In my work as a producer of content for the Alternative Reality Game, Aware II, I developed an online radio presence for the leading characters of the game. This included writing, recording and producing unique and entertaining station identification messages, promos for upcoming broadcasts, and scripts for fictional interviews with characters in the game. The upcoming broadcast promotional spots were of particular significance to your project, as it was essential that they were brief, informative and intriguing enough to bring listeners to the show, and create word of mouth buzz beyond our target group. Additional content, created for Aware II, involved creating a multi-tracked audio recording, which contained clues to the whereabouts of a missing female game character. I created two separate recordings; one of a woman’s muffled voice calling for help, and one of various sound clues which would lead the game players to discover her whereabouts. This section of the game was well received by the players and other content providers, as sounding remarkably realistic. I’ve also done voice work for an animation student project. I was asked to create a short children’s rhyme, record myself doing the script, and then modify it. The ultimate result sounded like a small child singing the rhyme, in a dark and ominous manner, which complimented the animation perfectly. Based on the available information, I would estimate the project costs at approximately $40, if you are looking for one recording of the script. If you would like variations, or the script size were to vary from the job description, please let me know. I will give you a more accurate estimate for the project.
