My bid is based on a rate of $25 per hour of my actual transcription time for 25 one-hour files. The number of days to complete the project is also based on one-hour files. I understand the .wav files are 25-50 minutes in length and would expect adjustments in both delivery time and price accordingly. It routinely takes me approximately 2.5 hours to transcribe one hour of audio; that figure, of course, can increase or decrease depending on both the length and quality of the recording as well as other contributing factors (volume of speakers' voices and their rate of speech, accents, etc.).
