Description

I’m looking for someone who has experience in transcribing audio files. I have a file I need transcribed in English tomorrow (Thursday 26th February) available in .wma format. The file will be available at 16h00 GMT (London)/11h00 EST (New York) and I require the completed transcript back at 07h00 GMT (London)/02h00 EST (New York) on Friday 27th February. Quality is what counts for me, if English is not your first language or you find accents challenging, I recommend not to bid at all. My pay rate will be $60 per audio hour for the project, subject to your completing the file to the deadline and also completing the transcript to the quality I require. There are two files I will have available, please only bid for one of the two (this is the first file).

Please detail your experience in transcription and please confirm that you are able to meet these timescales.

I don't really have transcription experience, but I type relatively fast (and with few errors) in English. Is the recording complex (many people speaking at the same time)?
