Description: We're looking for a reliable transcriber with fast turn around speed who is available on IM's when working on a file. We don't badger our freelancers but prefer them to be responsive and available just in case.

The initial budget is $5/ audio hour and we will start with a single file ASAP which should be delivered within the next 24 hours.

You can bid $30 for 6 audio hour worth which will be over time if this works out. Otherwise we will pay for the single file.

In your private message please mention if you have a paypal account and can receive payments via PayPal. Details regarding the software you use and your turn around speed per audio hour, the accent and type of transcription you are most comfortable with.

Hi! I am interested in transcribing audio files for you. I worked in the quality department in a contact center previously and dealt with audio transcription. I have a paypal that can receive payments. I use Winamp or Windows media player for transcribing. Turn around speed per audio per hour is approximately 120 minutes. I am most comfortable with Californian accent.

I have over 15 years of office experience including data entry, computer skills including Microsoft Office and email and transcription experience. I do have a Paypal account and the software I use is Realplayer but I can use Express Scribe also. I can transcribe most languages as long as they are clear and I am available for work straight away. I can transcribe audio or video files.

As you said this would be for 6 hours of transcription. I am not extremely experienced with transcription, but I have worked with similar projects, so this shouldn't be a problem. If knowledge of English is important, don't worry, because I am a native speaker with a command of English far outstripping anyone else I know. As for turnaround time, I can work on tight schedules and religiously keep deadlines. In that regard, I'm highly flexible. I can guarantee a level of accuracy approaching perfection, and I proofread everything before submitting it. I am also always available on IM.
