Description

We Need to Create Softswitch that should Support H323/SIP/IAX protocol with G723.1/G729/GSM Codecs. There Should be central config Websit for SER/ASTERISK/OpenGK, with Billing to support Prepaid/postpaid, Routing Based on Least Cost and ASR. Platform Support Calling Card, Pc2Phone(SIP/IAX2/H323), Device2Phone, CallBack(ANI/WEB/SMS), Wholesales and Reseller Termination . Our In network call should Be free like registered user of our site can call other Registered user of network. Admin shall be Web based where we can add Gateways IP, GK, Rates (Selling And Buying, add User asn Assgin Tariff independently. We can provide Scenarios upon request.

If you are planning to build a commercial level of solutiond within the given requirements (I've checked your Network.doc) your project will hardly squeeze into the provided budget and will take long time to implement and test and doggsoft is right, further tech support will be required.
