I need a config. for freepbx

what I need is a configuration in asterisk (freepbx.org)

that do the following

1 ) config one or more internal extensions. to work with time condition.

example I have extension 1000. when a call is incoming in this extension to set time and when 4.5 minutes have passed. then send the actual call to park slot via blind transfer. ( this way when is in park slot after 15 sec it return to the original extension that in this example is 1000. and repeat forever after customized minutes. in this case 4.5 minutes

a )the script should allow to set 1 or more extensions to custom time for each

b) the script would have a farm extension that allow to make outbound calls for each extension to specific time example

extension 500 from 10 am to 11 am
extension 501 from 1 pm to 3 pm etc etc
