Articles will be emailed Thursday by 6PM(cst). I have done several articles on self-improvement -- See below for sample article: This one is entitled - 'Best Ways To Reduce Stress' Imagine a bubble-bath in a softly lit oasis surrounded by candles with calming relaxing music surrounded by elements of stone tiles, glass and water features. Emoting relaxation can be a visual image during meditation. Stress is commonly induced by experiencing situations which are beyond your control. You can develop good coping skills, or live with the increasing stress in your life. Coping with stress can be done in many ways. Mental anguish and physical illness can be reduced by reducing stress. Expending energy on exercise reduces the tension in your body by releasing the pent-up energy in your muscles. A quiet morning, beginning with a regime of stretching prepares the body for an intense day. Green tea and quiet music gives you a head start on the day and helps you feel in control. Incorporating exercise throughout the day helps make it a routine and a necessary part of life. In winter, I like to exercise in a fitness class over the noon hour and pick up lunch afterward. It helps de-stress and relax those tightened muscles if you are sitting all day. Yoga is especially good to break up your day. There is a definite mood and structure that accompanies this routine. The calming music, the ambience of the darkened room, the soft-spoken voice of the instructor offering words of direction and encouragement assists in relaxation techniques. As the class progresses, the structure of the sun salutations and the increased challenge of the exercises focus on relaxation. The end of the class offers relaxation where you can lie quietly, concentrating on the relaxing voice of the instructor who leads you through every muscle of relaxation. The rhythmic breathing, in and out of the nose and not through the mouth helps one concentrate while performing the slow calming stretches. Afterward, you feel mentally relaxed while lengthening the muscles in your body and releasing any stressful muscle pains. Booking a massage at an aesthetically pleasing spa can also reduce stress. Spas practice relaxation methods and your spa experience usually begins with a well decorated, calming reception area, with a pleasant, service-oriented person who is there to look after your needs. Before your treatment you are led to a waiting area. Coffee, fruit, tea and water are usually offered to help you relax before your treatment begins. The smell of incense and the dancing flames in the fireplace are usual nuances in this comfortable setting. When your therapist arrives, he or she is calm, soft-spoken, and ensures that your needs are first and foremost while you are visiting the spa. The therapist will review your treatment(s) and offer anything else that will assist you in preparation of your treatment. The treatment rooms are usually dimly lit, with candles burning, and furniture in warm, comfortable, soothing tones. As you prepare yourself on the massage table, the therapist returns and asks if you are comfortable. Some speak with you throughout the treatment, asking about pressure points, and some do not speak until they have completed their therapy. When your treatment is complete, you return to the waiting area and refresh yourself with a beverage until you are ready to leave. When you leave, you return to the reception area and pay for your services. You leave the spa feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to return to the world. Stress Free living begins by creating a stress-free environment and making time for yourself. Exercise more and treat those everyday rituals like bubble-baths, exercise and a visit to the spa as a ritual for someone really important and deserving, like yourself.
