Apartments for rent Listing site

Very simple system

3 users - admin / poster(person who posts listings) / visitor (person visiting site to view available apartments)


- please make sure you understand these facts:
-We want the same systme as thatrentalsite.com.
-all features to be evident in our site, same a site mentioned above
homepage, search system and page, listings page with map, exact listing profile listing page- information from sign up form (see thatrentalsite.com)
-the most important thing is that we have all the same features, but color scheme is different, layout and format differentiated so to avaoid copyright infringements.
-site should be a cms from admin
- this site is basic stuff, no virtual tours, merchant systems, etc

please DO NOT BID if you can't complete all these taks for the outlined budget

I will escrow funds and release after my employee has viewed and tested the script

There are no exceptions, no stretching budgets and i need this project done in 2 days.

No ifs, buts or maybe's - dont bid if you cant do.
