Description
Hello,We require a person who can handle our subscription service and load payments onto our billing system. We need somebody who has extensive experience with WHMCS as this is our billing software.
You will be provided with daily bank statements of which all the payments need to be loaded onto the particular customers accounts.
The usual activity of handling emails of customers with queries will also need to be handled.
If kept up to date, this job only requires a few hours per day. No phone calls and only daily payments.
There are other small duties to be performed while capturing payments but more will be provided once you let us know how familiar you are with WHMCS.
Please do not apply if you have not worked on WHMCS before as this is the only system that we use.
You will need to be on Skype during working hours for message from other staff members.
