We are firm based in Mumbai, India, with 8 years experience providing administrative and accounting services to CPA Firms and Property Management Companies based in USA.

• Accounting & Administrative assistance
 Creating new clients, Chart of Accounts.
 Doing their write-ups on QuickBooks and Creative Solutions
 Bank Reconciliation
 Entering Journal entries.
 Preparing year end 1099’s & 1098’s on CFS Program.
 Typing Financial Statements.

• Taxation - Individual Tax returns (1040) – (Jan to April)
 Entering Tax related information from various 1099’s, 1098’s, K1’s, W2’s etc into Lacerte.
 Reviewing previous year return to determine if any information is not provided.
 Sending the return to the CPA for final review with a list of items are missing.

Through our CPA, we were introduced to Property Management Firms: for whom we
 Enter rental receipts into Yardi Accounting package
 Enter invoices payable.
 Prepare weekly availability reports for each property.
