Description:	Hi, I am in search of someone who can work with me long term. Requirements: (1)Solid skills in Excel and VBA, (2)Excellent understanding of various accounting processes(i.e. Inventory, Income Statement, Expense/Sales Journals/many others), (3)the ability to create accounting processes in Excel Modules(spreadsheets), (4)creative ability to improve processes that are already in place,(5) ability to grow quickly with growth of work load(find people to work with you), (6) Fluent English(doesn't have to be first language, but I don't want to spend time trying to understand each other) possibly more. Desired skills: Knowledge of the Spanish language. Alright, here is the deal: I am making small accounting systems for local companies which are personalized to fit their needs. I have an interview that conduct with the businesses in order to ascertain there accounting requirements. I program the personalized aspects into the Excel Accounting System Template that I have made and then return to the company, install the system, and train the user on the simple functions. The key word here is "simple" because 95% of my clients are clueless to accounting. My problem: I am spending too much time in front of my computer doing the personalizations on the system and not enough time hitting the streets, shaking hands, and kissing babies!:) I am losing sales due to the time I spend in my office. Where you come in: I will pay $20 now for you to study and learn the system that I have built(less than 2 hrs for an Excel/VBA expert and knowledge of accounting). I also want you to be creative and tell me where I can do things more efficiently and better to create more value in my system(ie make it easier for me to sell). After this initial period, you will be paid between $10 and $25 per system based on the complexity. I will also need you to develop some modules(inventory, A/R, A/P, others) that will be personalized and that is how you will be earning the $25 per system like I just mentioned. Lastly, you will have an additional ability to earn a couple of bucks providing support through logmein.com. I will explain the support deal in more detail in the future, and you do not have to know Spanish to do it. If you are interested, I am willing to send you what I have via PM.
