Description: the db will be used to store facility data, and the table structures will be done by me.

i need someone to do the front end, currently there is about 13 tables of which 6 would need professional looking screens. 1 of these screens would be complicated in the sense that it would need some programming.

please calculate your asking price on the following:
15 tables
5 simple screens
1 advance screen
1 navigations screen that automatically opens when access is opened

i need most of this done by thursday (1/02/2007)
