Description:	I am looking for someone to design a simple cms framework for a starting point of a potentially larger project. I am looking to have it designed using ASP and MSSQL. requirements: -DOM user management (login via the windows domain) -basic page editing (with metatags per page keywords, description, page title) -Template based similar to smarty in php sections: -news -basic pages (prefer use of FCKeditor for page editing) -contact form to database (max of 20 fields) -basic site settings (Domain name, default metatag info, admin userid and password set / reset). admin panel should be able to be set to a seperate folder no matter what the name is. please keep the costs low, as this is a very basic proceedure, I however do NOT what other systems converted, I want this from scratch. pages should have security allowing for them to be either public or private, if private should be based on the windows domain access level, pages can be displayed by either group / user / public any questions let me know. I need quotes on this asap, as I need to turn in a bid by tomorrow afternoon. thanks Eric
