Description:	HI, I need the following: asp/ ms access web based email system. 1. admin section - admin log in to add / remove users and password 2. once loged in. create email list. this can be done eithe by adding emails 1 at a time or importing from an excel sheet - for this, you must be able to select the worksheet and field you want to import. you should be able to save this email list and have multiple email lists 3. check for duplicate emails within a list and remove 4. add individual emails to a list 5. remove individual email from a list 6. 7. create a 'do not email list' and then run it against a mailing list to remove theses emails from that list 8. cretae an email - this should use a web based editor and allow me to include images, change font colours and fonts, tables etc 9. select which list to send the email to 10. send the email - i want all emails to be sent BCC with a field for me to enter the email address that is to be visable. i want the email program to cycle through all the email addresses sending them one at a time rather than as a bulk email. 11. the ability to save the email that was just sent so i can re-use it at a later date if you have any questions or any of my instructions are not clear - please contact me before bidding please don't bid unless you can deliver all the above features on time and on budget.
