Description

We need a solution with in the application . We need to upload a scanned PDF file which could be a form or a picture with text, this file first need to be converted from read only to Read and write , after the editing the file need to be reconverted to PDF and save in different pre defined folders with in the ASP Page. We are using ASP in the front end and Oracle 9 as back end.
